I have just posted a YouTube video with a critical review of the quarterly results of Snap Inc. for the second quarter (Q2) of 2020. In the video I briefly review their executive and employee remuneration, insider trades, and the stock price since going public. Then I take a more detailed look at the statement of cash flows focusing on the $100 million paid for the capped calls, the income statement focusing on the authenticity of total revenues, and the balance sheet focusing on the net asset value per share. I conclude by assessing the tone at the top and the rich market capitalization of the company. The conclusion also talks about the importance of and recent events related to the social media app TikTok.
